These stuffed peppers are perfect to serve as a starter.
Step 1
Chop the tops off your peppers, remove the seeds.
Step 2
Mix together the meat, bread, cheese and chopped herbs to taste.
Step 3
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 5
If you have a Hoptoint Multiflow oven: Select “VEGETABLES” from the “RECIPES" menu then the “STUFFED PEPPER” recipe and confirm.
Step 6
Alternatively bake in your oven at 180°c for 50 - 60 minutes.
